Every paid pass carries a full, no-questions-asked refund for seven days. Email support@jrfsmart.com, tell us you want your money back, and you get 100% of it returned to the same account you paid from. No reason required, and we will not try to talk you out of it. The things students actually ask.
Will money be deducted automatically later?
No. There is no subscription and no mandate on your card or UPI. You pay once, your access runs to a fixed date, and then it simply stops. Nothing is ever taken again.
Do you store my card details?
Never. Payment happens on our gateway’s own secure page. We receive a transaction reference and the amount — we could not see your card number even if we wanted to.
What happens when my pass expires?
You drop back to the free tier. Your progress, mistake bank and history are all kept, so if you buy another pass later you carry on exactly where you left off.
Which pass should I buy?
The Exam Pass, for most people. UGC NET runs twice a year, so six months matches how you are actually preparing. Take Sprint only if your exam is weeks away.
Can I pay by UPI?
Yes — UPI, cards, net banking and wallets are all accepted through our payment gateway.
Is Paper 2 included?
Not yet. JRFSmart covers Paper 1, which is common to every subject. Paper 2 subjects are being added and will be priced separately.
