Common reasons to write
You paid but do not have access
Wait 30 minutes first — confirmations are occasionally delayed. If it is still not working, send us your transaction reference and we will activate it manually, usually the same day.
You have spotted a mistake in an explanation
Please tell us. We would genuinely rather know, and we correct errors quickly. Include the question number or QID if you can. Our explanations are written by hand and we do not pretend they are infallible.
You disagree with an answer key
Interesting to us. Several NTA keys are genuinely disputable and we flag the ones we know about. If you have a reasoned argument, send it — we will look at it properly and update the explanation if you are right.
You want a refund
Email us within 7 days of paying and you get your money back in full, no reason needed. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
You are a rights holder
If you believe material on this site infringes your rights, write to support@jrfsmart.com with details of the material and your claim. We respond promptly and we take these seriously.

JRFSmart is not a coaching institute and not a company with a support department. It is an independent study resource built by one UGC NET candidate who got tired of explanations that just restate the answer. We are not affiliated with UGC, NTA or any government body.
